Organology, in the broad sense of the term, includes the historical, iconographic, sound study of instruments. It allows, among other things, to identify the manufacturing techniques, game, acoustic operation. The organological approach proposed in this museum is limited to the "instrumental design" aspect and is based on the 19 examples known to date.
